MEET THE FOUNDER
Ryan Finnegan
Ryan Finnegan is the founder of North Shore Search and has spent the past 20 years delivering HR and talent acquisition solutions in both the corporate HR leadership and executive retained agency settings.
Having worked on both sides of the business, he possesses a unique perspective for what strategies actually work in the executive search and HR transformation space — not just in theory, but from lived experience on both sides of the table.
That dual background shapes everything about how North Shore Search operates — from how we define a search brief, to how we evaluate candidates, to how we advise clients on people strategy. Ryan knows what it feels like to be the hiring manager, the HR leader, and the search partner all at once.
Outside the Office
Ryan resides in Oreland, PA with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he enjoys focusing on his kids' activities, golfing, cooking, gardening, and taking family trips to the beach.
That groundedness — in family, community, and real life — carries into how he approaches every client relationship.
